After a week of record breaking heat, Cyclone Iggy delivered some much needed cool weather and rain. Most importantly though, she also provided a day of grinding Kirra-esque barrels to a beach I was sure I wouldn't be shooting any time soon. Between Iggy and Bianca, we've had two 'once in a generation' north swells in just over a year, crazy!

Just spent a few weeks down south reliving what it's like to be a grom. All day in the water, sand everywhere and tanlines that would worry any self respecting sunscreener. In between all that I shot some photos too, heres a tease.

Happy (early) New Years! I've been working on my new site, it's still a little ways off launching but I'll be living in Margs for Jan and Feb so hopefully that promotes productivity. Seeya in 2012.
